At Simon Pearce, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade glassware and pottery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to begin the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging and include the packing slip to ensure the fragile contents remain secure during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking information for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
