How should I care for my Simon Pearce glassware?
To preserve the clarity and integrity of our lead-free crystal, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and warm water. Avoid extreme temperature changes, such as pouring boiling water into a chilled glass, to prevent thermal shock.
Is your pottery microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our stoneware collections are microwave, dishwasher, and oven-safe. However, we recommend avoiding high-heat drying cycles and ensuring the pottery reaches room temperature before placing it in a preheated oven.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We accept returns of unused, non-engraved items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved pieces are final sale.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Because many of our items are handcrafted to order, shipping times may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your artisan-made goods are on their way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the handcrafted items.
Why are there small bubbles or variations in my glass?
Each piece is hand-blown by our master glassblowers. Small bubbles, known as 'seeds,' and slight variations in size or weight are hallmarks of the artisanal process and ensure that your piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
